Well hello everyone this is my first experience with blogging and I must say I'm a little out of my comfort zone. I think if I talk about my family and some of my interests I'll be able to get back into my element.
As you know my name is Rob Trebilcock and like all of you I'm interested in pursuing a higher education. I grew up in Canada and came to the States on a football scholarship. I have two children, my daughter Payton will be a teenager next month and my son Tre' is 10. I would call myself a people watcher and the two people I enjoy to watch more than anyone are Payton and Tre'. I try to stay active in their lives and right now I coach Tre's football team. I would say those two are my pride and joy. Both of them are great kids and have a lot of friends. Payton is our social butterfly and has never met a camera she doesn't like. Tre' is a shy little guy but once he's comfortable with you, it's hard to get him to stop yapping.
I mentioned I'm from Canada and that's where my entire family is. My wife's family lives in Utah and Idaho and I'm actually in Utah right now. We drove here for a wedding and will be travelling back to Omaha tomorrow. I'm really not looking forward to that 13 hour drive at all, we'll be doing it in one day because of school and work.
I graduated college back in 92, which means its been awhile since I had homework. Getting back in the swing of things has been difficult but I know it's worth it.
When I'm not working, doing homework, or hanging with the kids I enjoy golfing and watching football. I'm one of those fantasy football geeks and admit that I spend far too much time on this hobby. My wife would probably also agree I spend too much time on fantasy football and that it's not good for my blood pressure. She plays golf also so we're able to enjoy a hobby together.
That's a little about me and I look forward to learning more about blogging.

Hi Rob:
ReplyDeleteGlad to see you in class again. Great family photo. I enjoy golf as well although I'm not very good. Looking forward to both the college and pro football seasons.
Enjoy class!
